TUDUVZ, LLC will be the business name that you see on your credit card or Pay Pal statement. We are located in Peru, Indiana and are a family owned and operated business.

We began in 2001 as Feed My Sheep Christian Bookstore. It is our desire to offer end time essentials and information for you.  Our goal has always been to offer products at affordable prices for the masses.

Once I began the study of natural healing using essential oils and herbal remedies and I began to shop around I found that many of those products were grossly overpriced as well. It seemed that everywhere I went they were implying that ONLY "their" oils were "the best" and that you could not find essential oils at reasonable prices. The implication was that if you were not paying an outrageous price that the oils were not a therapeutic grade oil. After much research, I have found quality therapeutic grade oils that I can offer at reasonable prices. It is true that there are some oils that are "liquid gold" and the reason for that is because "they work" and they are rare. So, at this time we do not offer everything that is available but we are willing to give you a 1 ounce bottle of essential oil for what many are selling a half ounce for.

We will be adding new products to our website on an ongoing basis. Check back often for new listings and be sure and sign up for our newsletter for new arrivals and specials. As you will notice as you peruse the site we offer bulk discounts whenever possible. All prices are quoted in US dollars and we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express as well as Pay Pal. All orders must be paid in full ( including shipping) before orders will ship.

 In most instances,  your order will be processed  within 3 business days from receipt of payment. Because of the demand for some of our Best Selling Products it can take 5 business days from time to time. Any variations from this caused by unusual circumstances will be notified to the customer by e-mail.

In the event that you have given us an address that results in an item not being delivered you will be required to pay the return fees as well as the shipping fee to the correct address.

Returns

We offer a money-back guarantee for books. The return must be within 5 days of the customer's receiving the goods and proof of purchase must be provided.   Any returned stock must be in as-new condition with shrink wrap still intact.  All shipping costs of returns are to be borne by the customer.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Holy Land Gifts and other gift items may be returned with prior approval.  This approval must be requested within 5 days of receiving item. Item must be returned at purchasers expense and should be insured to assure that product arrives safely. If item is "as new" refund will be applied within 5 days of receipt minus original shipping fee and a 10% Restocking fee.
